• Please review all studio rules prior to booking

• The Playroom is a photo studio only.  There are no in-house photographers.  If you don't have a photographer, we can connect you with great artists prior to your booking

• All reservations are paid in full at the time of booking

• Please arrive at least 15 min before your booking time

• All bookings are final. We do not offer refunds

• Bookings can be rescheduled with over 48 hour notice.  A credit for future bookings will be applied

• Any cancellation made within 48 hours of booking time will be liable for 50% of booking price and 50% credit applied to future bookings

• Please contact us to reschedule the bookings

• The client is responsible for damages caused to the furniture or props

• All furniture and props need to be moved back to their original location
